Quack Quack

I think I've mentioned it before, but one of M&T's favorite activities is to feed the ducks. We've only tried a few spots (there are tons along the canal and river), but the best we've found is the big blue bridge at 56th and Illinois Street. There are usually just a few ducks when we get there, but once they catch on that we have bread, ducks and geese seem to come out of nowhere.

And then the big geese come flying in... or as the boys like to say, "They skatin' on the water, Mama!" Usually by this time there are at least 10-15 hungry ducks and geese and our bread goes pretty quickly. And that's when I usually rush everyone to the car because hungry geese = mean geese ;)
