Luck o' the Irish

It was gorgeous here for St. Patrick's Day (70 degrees and sunny), so we took advantage and headed downtown to the parade. St. Patrick's Day has always been a big holiday for our Irish family, so I was excited to spend the day with the kids and my dad (poor Andy was engulfed in busy season and working hard). We had a great time and Max and Tyler loved the parade... especially the candy that was handed out!

One of the best parts of the day was the HUGE victory by the Butler Bulldogs!! What an intense and exciting game, and we couldn't be more proud of Uncle Coach Micah!

Here are a few pictures from the day. Erin Go Braugh!

Big Jim (sportin' his Butler shirt and Irish pin and hat. GO DAWGS!!!) and Maisie at the parade

They both decided to stand like this for some reason

We sat on the floor and listened to an awesome Irish band. Maisie got cozy on my leg...

...and fell right asleep, even with a live band about 10 feet away from us. You can't tell, but her shirt says "Irish Bundle of Joy."
