Man oh man, these months just seem to be flying! Tyler and Max are little sponges and are curious about everything. They are non-stop and seem to get bored pretty easily, which means we are almost always on the go. They have also started fighting more over toys and whining when they don't get what they want. Let's just say my patience is tested daily (err... multiple times a day...). Although I can't complain about lack of sleep since the boys routinely sleep 12 hours at night, I definitely think this stage is more physically draining than any other so far. It is always g0-go-go, and we've found that they fight the most when they are bored or have cabin fever, so I try and get them out of the house at least once or twice a day. Oh well, at least I can't complain about an inactive lifestyle!
M&T looove reading books, especially Pinnochio and this Picture Dictionary that has about a million pictures for them to point out. They are also very intrigued by airplanes and helicopters and can spot them in the sky long before we notice them. It really is amazing how much more you notice when your toddlers point out e-ver-y-thing -- from planes to trucks to dogs to balloons to the cows on Chick-Fil-A billboards!
Here are some recent pictures. And please don't let all the cheeseball grins fool you -- they have more than their fair share of crying and whining. But for some reason, those moments just don't seem to make me want to run and grab the camera ;)

They sure are cute and have such beaming smiles. I love the photos with their ND caps on. It is really hard to believe they were that small just over 12 months ago. They are remarkable little miracles of life and medicine. Thank God for this beautiful gift to you, Andy and all of the rest of us.
When they are around me they are near perfect, so you must be exaggerating.
Love,
Dad/Big Jim
Miss you very much (from Maui !!!) G-Pa and Nana
So cute...as always! It is crazy to think back to how little they were just a year ago. I never would have imagined what amazing little boys they would have turned out to be already! Hope you make them do the chair pics until they are 18! They are classic.
Love you!
