15 Months Old!

Yet another month has gone by and Max and Tyler are now 15 months old! They had their 15 month appointment with the pediatrician yesterday and all is well. The nurse asked a bunch of developmental questions at the beginning and aside from walking, we answered yes to every question -- and these were all 15 month milestones! Just like full-term 15 month olds, T&M: can say 3-5 words (mama, dada, ball, hot, baby); feed themselves all of their food with their hands; know some body parts and can point to them (belly, head, nose); and can follow simple instructions like "Hand me the ball". Dr. Long was really happy with everything, including weight gain. They are both still peanuts and only in the 1st percentile for weight, but they continue to grow and gain weight, which is what's important. Here are their 15 month stats:

Max --
18lbs 13 oz (1%), 29 inches long (4%), 18.35 inch head circumference (33%)
Tyler -- 19 lbs 1 oz (1%), 28.5 inches long (1%), 18.5 inch head circumference (45%)

Nothing else too exciting to report! The boys are getting closer to walking and just got a new shopping cart that they push all around the living room (see video below).

Have a great weekend!

Still sharing one crib! Max is laying on Tyler this time.

Cheering on yet another sports team - the Dallas Stars (NHL)! Our good friend Curt lives in Dallas and sent these to the boys for their bday. Thanks, Curt! Tyler on left, Max on right

About an hour after we got the new shopping cart, I hear Tyler whining from across the room. I look over and he was stuck under the cart and couldn't get out.

Here's a short video of their new toy. Tyler is in blue and grey and closest to the camera.

Good thing they have only one cart, otherwise you may have "bumper cars" in the living room. I have heard them say "Nana" several times also.
Guess Who?
