It feels like I just wrote their 9 month update and now Tyler and Max are already 10 months old! These little stinkers are doing great and keeping us on our toes. Even though they are surrounded by toys all day, they are mostly interested in everything they aren't supposed to play with... cell phones, remotes, shoes, wipes, my hair. If something new shows up in their line of vision, they go after it, no matter what it is! Here are some other fun facts about the boys:
* They got their monthly Synagis shot (for RSV) on Monday and had a weigh-in. They are both up about a pound from last month - Tyler is 16 lbs 5 oz and Max is 16 lbs 9 oz. No wonder my back hurts all day, every day!
* Both of Max's front bottom teeth are pretty much in and Tyler is working on his second.
* Their eyes are now hazel - just like Mom and Dad
* They are still sleeping well and go to bed at 6:30 or 7pm every night and sleep a straight 11-12 hours. Most of the time they fall right asleep without a sound after their last bottle (after getting in a good snuggle position, of course) but sometimes one will cry for a while. It's strange because it is usually only one of them crying at a time - rarely both. Maybe one is always taking care of the other? (or maybe it's just a random coincidence). Oh, and they are so used to each other that one will totally sleep through the other's cries.
* They eat 4-5 bottles a day, fruit with oatmeal for breakfast and a vegetable for dinner. Oh and for anyone who is interested in making your own baby food, check out this website: www.wholesomebabyfood.com
* Both boys suck their left thumb when they are tired or hungry (Tyler especially). Looks like they may take after their left-handed dad.
Earlier this week after a long and tiring day (including a walk with a friend where I had to carry Max while pushing Tyler in the double stroller because someone wouldn't stop crying unless he was held), I called my sister. I told her that nothing will ever be as hard as having two preemies on oxygen and apnea monitors, but I think these two are going to give us a run for our money forever! Luckily, for every tiring and stressful aspect of having twins, there are ten wonderful things that completely make up for it. See the very last picture to see what I mean.
Talk about the ultimate snuggle. They were both totally asleep, although I'm really not sure how. Oh and that's Tyler on top. I thought about leaving him there because they looked so cozy, but decided to give Max his space. I know, without a doubt, that these are the things we will remember when we look back on our experience raising twins!

Happy birthday, boys! Max looks like he has the balance of a drunken sailor in those last two sitting pictures. Very cute.
What a wild 10 months it's been for you guys! Yay for lefties....and for snuggle pictures!
Love, love these pictures. Makes me even more excited to snuggle them tomorrow night. (If that's even possible.)
Hi Bridge!
I can see you are certainly going to have to have four more arms in the days to come. You may have to use some sort of harness on one while you attend the other. the lads look wonderful and happy(why not with all the loving care).
The pics are priceless, the boys are growing up rapidly, what a miracle.
Love,
Mac
Looking at these pictures-I can't help but feel how many times in their life they will weave, bobble and be shakey. With a strong family and freind support-those will all seem like memories sooner then you can ever imagine. Our fist first Xmas with grandsons (maybe 3) is a very special one.
Love G=Pa and Nana
- How cute! Those Chair pictures are going to become even more interesting in this next year! I need to see them soon so that I can see all of their new progress.

Oh my gosh, just when you think they can't get any cuter...
That snuggle picture is adorable! What an amazing 10 months it's been having Max and Tyler in (all of) our lives. Happy Birthday boys - you're getting so big! Love, Aunt Kelly & Uncle Adam
