New Year

So those hopes we had for a healthy start to 2012? Ha... not quite. Everyone is healthy now so that is great, but a few days into January, the kids came down with bad colds, which resulted in pneumonia for Tyler, wheezing for Max, and a first ear infection for Maisie. After a few doses of antibiotics and lots and lots of breathing treatments, everyone is finally better!

On a positive note, we've had some momentous occasions this month, including Maisie's first steps on January 4th (although she hasn't really walked at all since then!), her baptism on January 8th, Andy's birthday on January 24th, and the birth of my best friend Jenny's little boy, Quincy, on January 25th! Cheesy girl has become adamant about feeding herself yogurt. She does a pretty good job with the spoon, but eventually she resorts to sticking her hand in the bowl and shoving it into her mouth.
