Doing Great!

We got the pulse oximeter on Monday to spot check the boys' oxygen saturation levels and they are doing great! The doctor wants their oxygen levels to be at 95% or above, and every time we've checked they have been at 98%, 99% or 100%. Way to go boys! It is really nice to have one less cord and to keep the heavy oxygen machines upstairs all day long. Plus, they look so much cuter without the nasal cannulas and tape on their face :) We've also been taking advantage of their newfound mobility (although they still have their apnea monitors) and even set up their double jogging stroller. We've gone on several long walks around the neighborhood and they seem to love it.

After 4 long months, it's finally starting to feel like we have real newborns. What a fun and exciting time!

Max on left, Tyler on right. It is probably hard to see, but their onesies say "This is a cow" with a picture of a cow. These were sent to us from our friends Nan and Luke who are living in the Netherlands for the next year. I guess the Dutch like to use infant clothing to teach themselves English? ;)

They are still a bit small for the stroller so we used their carseat supports and extra blankets on the sides for padding.
